Hello,

Yesterday I posted a problem that the wash was not working after format and
reinstall linux.

You commented that the problem then it should not be in the wash, as in another
version of Linux works.

Today debug the wash and found what the problem is.

The folder that is located the sqlite database is not created on the make.

The wash (sqlite) automatically creates the database, but must have the folder.

With the folder created according to the makefile, the wash functioned normally.

In what directory was wash looking, and did you run 'make install'?

The directory that is being used to store the db: / usr / local / etc / recover

commands used:

set
make
make install

Tested in backtrack5 backtrack and 5 r1 - does not work directly
Slackware works normally

I have no idea What's going on, but by way of doubt, a small check solves the
problem

I am now working to identify why wpa_supplicant receives the psk and reaver
receives random psk

I contact when they find out. I have an ap that bringing random psk, so I can
test

Cya and good work

It doesn't work with installing via apt-get in Backtrack 5.

I can confirm that creating the directory /usr/etc/reaver fixed the problem for
me.
When sifting through the strace output I also found this:

access("/etc/ld.so.preload", R_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or direcotry)

Not sure if this is realted though.

My setup: reaver 1.4 , 3.4.6-1-ARCH,

The solution to

access("/etc/ld.so.preload", R_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or direcotry)

problem is described here

https://saintaardvarkthecarpeted.com/blog/archive/2005/08/_etc_ld_so_nohwcap.htm
l

It didn't solve the problem for me though.
