SST reimpl of m_rawinput causes mouse cursor to go off screen when using demo drive #1

Steps to repro:

Go on an old version of L4D2 like 2045 or older
Open a demo
Open demoui
Click drive
Cursor will end up in some random location, often resulting in a forced alt-tab and just getting completely stuck until you can figure out what combination of buttons is required to unfuck the game
