rooter/0optionalapps/bwallocate/Makefile' has a dependency on 'ext-throttle', which does not exist rooter/0optionalapps/ext-rspeedtest/Makefile' has a dependency on 'speedtestpp', which does not exist

rooter我只是搬运，需要使用的话，请自己找原项目现在建议使用modem不建议用rooter
