Implement search functionality #7

Describe the feature Search functionality should have look for string matching also with priority. The first priority should be the title then the content.

Plan to execute There should be 2 calls to the database, 1st to query for title and 2nd to query other content.

Can use sherlock to implement search engine.

It has requires data and priority with key value pair
