New method for getting Asset-Publisher role #117

Gives users another method to get the asset-publish role which has been dead for about 3-4 months after Unity made changes to their asset store API.

Good chance this will break one day, but will work for now until another method is found.

I've done some basic testing and worked for the few ID's I passed through, that said, I couldn't test it emailing me since I don't have an asset-publisher account. It didn't Send QFSW an email, but I'm not sure if that was just because my bot is setup bad. But it made it to that stage, which suggests that it should work lmao.
