Monthly XP/Karma Leaderboard #119

Reset the XP / Karma every month (or another recurrence, or even several occurrences) and then make new leaderboards based on these. That would allow to have better leaderboards that don't include people who were here for a long time and stopped talking and give a chance for new people to appear in them.

We could keep the global XP / Karma (which would mean the one above is a different field) or remove them.

Might work more effectively to instead of doing resets on the karma/xp, just have a monthly (or quarterly?) leaderboard that resets.

Should be easy enough to pull off, you could probably do it with only 2 additional rows for the database for karma/exp and add those to global every 3 months or what have you and then clear them for the new period.

If the leaderboard resets were around the week before the Game Jams we do, could add a bit more pull to anyone joining in for the first time to become active in the community and see some rank climbing against anyone else which could be cool.
