Just adds a shorthand GUID by converting it to a Base64String and removing the '==' which is always at the end.
Haven't tested locally, don't have the databases, but it does build fine.
Did a short test to make sure guid was still unique when converted to Base64, over 10m entries I didn't get a collision. Not including that userHash is still at the start which increases the odds of never running into a collision 🤷♂️
If we do eventually have a 'archive' command, it'd make more sense to edit that so that we can still prevent users from having multiple complaints open.
