I have move the correct activity4 file to the "demo/bit_allocation_in_MCDWT"

Sorry (again), but all the files must be inside of the directory bit_allocation_in_MCDWT/BPG. And only the files related to this issue (activity). For example, you have added to your repo the file src/Untitled1.ipynb. Probably, you don't want to add this file, and of course, even if you want that, it is outside of bit_allocation_in_MCDWT/BPG.
