  1. Add trackUncaughtException to Android
  2. tracker.trackException for both platforms

NP. I can verify that I'm seeing crash logs on GA for Android and trackException works for me on both platforms. Give it a whirl :)

This looks great. I added some default values concerning the fatal parameter just in case someone decides to use that bit.
