Update ColumnHider extension to support ColumnSet #1443

This is a customization I added to version 0.3.19 to allow the ColumnHider to work with grids that use ColumnSet.

This needs unit tests and a manual test page. For the manual test page, add an html file to test or update an existing html file in test.
