Does not work on Windows #25

Currently, libxmljs does not properly install (npm install libxmljs), which makes this unusable on Windows.

libxmljs 0.8.0+ supports Windows

I gave it another try but still it depends on so many components(like python , visual studio etc.) so I gave it up installed Linux and got it working , still I think if we want people to use it widely better to make it work on windows without dependencies.

I installed it on a Windows 7 VM with Python 2.7.6 and MS Visual Studio Express 2013 (the free edition). It did not appear to have any other dependencies.
