Added comment about never to manipulate HTML in C# files

I think it should be mentioned never to add HTML into a C# file in the C# area, and not just in the RazorView area.

Can we rewrite this as:

Never manipulate (add HTML, set attributes etc.) HTML directly in .CS files - only include HTML in the .CSHTML files.
