Wishlist Controller seems to have been removed from the code. #13

I still see all the code for wishlist manager and the view but the controller seems to be missing.

The controller and view were left out intentionally for the CE and CS versions as they do not support wish lists OOTB. If you look at the version for Dynamics AX, the controller and view are included
