Update the "SolrVersionsMap" node in "GlobalSettings.json" to resolve the following warning when installing Sitecore 10.3.1:

Support for Solr 8.11.2 was added as stated in the following document: https://dev.sitecore.net/Downloads/Sitecore_Experience_Platform/103/Sitecore_Experience_Platform_103_Update1.aspx
