Change the error level to warning in SQL server validation #752

Scenario:

  1. Configure SIM to use MS SQL Server 2017 or later.
  2. Run installation and validation of SC 9.0.1 XM1.

Result: the following validation error occurs: image

Notes: the mentioned SC version is installed successfully despite the error, so the the error level should be changed to warning.

1.18.0
