All requested changes completed: redirect logic has been moved from layout to ProductItemResolver and uses BuildShopUrl instead of GetAdjustedProductUrl (which is now removed). Please let me know if there are any other changes that need to be done.

I have completed all requested changes. Please review and let me know if anything else needs to be done, or indicate that nothing else is needed so we can merge these changes into master.
