Fixed up the product list and product search views Made country/region configuration storefront dependant Made navigation part of the Catalog feature Removed Sitecore. from module .config files to align with Habitat standards

Hi Thomas. Quick update on this PR:

There was a "Pagination" view that was no longer getting deployed from the Catalog project and was breaking the product listing pages. I added that view back into the csproj file and it is deploying again.
I'm not sure why but my deployment of this branch is not displaying single product pages... they are pretty much blank. I will redeploy this branch again to confirm if still an issue and let you know.
