Hi, we managed to install the Sitecore Retail Demo. To send Email campaigns we are using a custom smtp server, which is working. But I don't understand how the order confirmation Email is sent to the customer. In our case it is not being sent. Where can we configure the settings?
I'm not 100% sure that this is configured correctly in the demo, but order confirmation emails are set up as an engagement plan. You can access it from the Marketing Control Panel.
