"Add Lorem Ipsum" menu option appears inconsistently #124

  1. open item editor for an item with text field
  2. right click on the field title - there is no "add lorem ipsum" option
  3. left click on the on the title - there is "add lorem ipsum" option
  4. right click on the title - there is "add lorem ipsum" option

Expected result Menu should have this option in all cases

Notes reproducible only on once per item editor load. To replicate it one should close item editor tab and open it again.
