Fix sponor component #465

Sponsor Component incl. Variations did not meet requirements. The component got reworked. to meet requirements. This includes all existing variants.

Description / Motivation

the layout got simplified by using chakra and elements for Each GridChild. Also Responsive Design has been taken into account.

How Has This Been Tested?

this has been tested locally in EE preview.
