Description / Motivation

Added validation for ProfileLink Uri so the API error wouldn't show
Nuget package updates Selections Feature
Syntax adjustment new and collection initializers

The API was altered to only accept https URI as ProfileLinks

How Has This Been Tested?

Manual UI Test
