I have included these suggestion in my latest commit, please review :)

Looks good. I wouldn't name the chapter "Test Driven Development with..." tough. No one does TDD - even if they say they do :-)

I changed the name to "Testing with Sitecore MVC". Unfortunately I can't merge your branch anymore (should have done it before I manually merged content) and you don't show up as a collaborator :(
