No prompt in Sitecore Powershell (reported on Codeplex) #63

Hi

I am using Sitecore 6.5 and installed Sitecore Powershell Extensions 2.2. The installation completed without any errors/issues and I see the Powershell Console and Powershell ISE in Sitecore.

However, when I open (run) Powershell Console or Powershell ISE an empty window with gray backround opens with title as Powershell Console/ISE on top left and minimize, maximize and close buttons on top right.

That's all I can see. There is no prompt to enter commands. Nothing happens when I click/double click/right click inside this gray window.

Seems like I've been able to track the issue to Internet Explorer incompatibility. For the moment could you please run the console in either Firefox or Chrome please?

I'll try to address this in a future version.

You are right. For some reason it does not work in IE but works in FireFox and Chrome.

Hi AdamNaj

Sitecore Powershell has suddenly started working in IE9.

I have not changed anything except that some scheduled Windows Updates were installed.
