Video widget: when deactivate Libraries module - video widget is broken #1324

  1. Create a page
  2. Drag and drop Video widget on the page (select or upload video)
  3. Save the widget and publish the page
  4. Deactivate Libraries module
  5. Navigate the page with Video widget on the frontend

Actual result is: Video player is displayed and is not working - the old video widget behavior is: the widget is not displayed and on page zone editor when edit the page, the following message appears "This widget doesn't work, because Libraries module has been deactivated." - this message is missing in new Video widget

Same problem is valid also for image and document widget. See issue 1002.
