Make plugin working with python2 #19

This is more a notification that some enterprise distros won't be shipping 
python3. Not sure whether libpython is always for Python2 or whether it is 
Python3 on distros where python3 is default.

The v3.0.5 plugin is based on python2 and has the same features as v3.1.0.
If your gedit plugin loader is not python3 (gedit 3.6 or earlier), just 
download and use v3.0.5.
It's not recommended just changing the plugin loader from python3 to python in 
the plugin file.
