it doesn't work when text is selected using the keyboard #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a text file with repeating words
2. select text of one of the repeated word using shift keys
3. word is selected but the other occurrences are not highlighted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
word should be selected and the other occurrences should be highlighted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
smart-highlighting-0.1.1 / gedit - Version 2.30.3 / Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
