Connection to HoloLens 2

I'm very interesting in your project! However, when I try starting, I couldn't connect my HoloLens 2 in the build. The screen is always as below and no response in Holographic Remoting Player on HoloLens 2 as well:

I have checked:

• The IP is correct (same as IP shown in Holographic Remoting Player on HoloLens 2)
• The PC and the HoloLens 2 are under the same WiFi
• Have tried on two HoloLens 2 (Maybe some settings is needed?)

Could you help to figure this out?

Hello @BaymaxShao Unfortunately i dont have access to Hololens 2 anymore so I cannot test anything.

I suppose you went thru process: Launch the hololens 2 remoting app, launch the exe on pc, then you pasted the ip that was shown in hololens to the main windows app, then you clicked connect and nothing happens?

I would maybe try check if antivirus or firewall is not doing any problems. I also remember I used special version of holographic remoting player i built from the microsoft repo and sideloaded it to hololens. As at that time of development, that special version had some addional features compared to official one in store (but it might have changed in meantime). I would still try different version of the remoting player, maybe you will have more luck with those
