CSV export #59

I can import a CSV file correctly, however I can't see any way to *export* one. 

I can export TSV, (at the moment I am exporting as TSV and converting to CSV), 
but it would be 
really handy to export as CSV directly.

Am I missing something?

CSV export is not currently available - I'll pick this up.

Should now be implemented in r845.

Excellent, this works as expected.  In firefox on ubuntu the 'download file' 
prompt reports that the file is a TSV 
file, but the downloaded file is CSV.
