Can't download hex over USB #1

Can I use FlashMagic to load the hex over the USB port? 
when I open hyperterminal I see:

 Testing USB NGX's BlueBoard
 BlueBoard Revision : 1
 Firmware Version: 1
 For more information on BlueBoard visit www.ngxtechnologies.com

but I get a "failed to autobaud" in FlashMagic

If not I guess I have to dig up a rs232 cable to connect to com1. A lot of
PCs dont have serial ports anymore.

 i got error message for failed to autobaud..
