Defect #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Replacement
2. Replacement of Both Hardware
3. Alternative.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Debugging the Program.
Cannot Identify Target. Check JTAG connections and that the target is powered.
I tried as per the Manual but i cant able to find the solution. I have changed 
3 JTAG Cables, all are New Only.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NGX LPC2148 Blueboard
NGX ARM USB JTAG
Windows XP SP3
ROWLEY CROSS WORKS

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem, and i would realy like to send this jtag back to 
you(NGX) and check it. If its defective please replace.
