Suggestion: Buff Little Wisp #11

The little wisp has so little health and damage that it just becomes a distraction for enemies to kill in one shot. Maybe upping its mobility and rate of fire could balance this issue?

Another suggestion if making it stronger - have the wisps health decay similar to squid polyp (and possibly increase the cap on how many can be spawned per item). This encourages killing more enemies to spawn new wisps, and means that new ones will be spawned near to the player making them more relevant
