My view is to profit from the simulation work by M.D'Andrea to import the functionality on master.
Two Nota Bene:
Marco will mainly focus on measurements and OP stuff, as this year is the only year with beam in his PhD activity;
I understood from Stefano that he does not like to have the code freely downloadable (as it happens in github) until we are not fully happy with LHC data (at least). In the meanwhile, the idea would be first to mirror SixTrack on GitLab (where we have more control on who can access the code) and once we are happy, we merge.
Needs to be done as quickly as possible, otherwise it will lost. Tentatively blocking v5.0 unless clear responsibility and time scale for merging.
