Size of all-zeros fort.10 from ABEND #856

ABEND is writing an all-zeros fort.10 if no such file is given. This is now npart long, will soon be npart/2 - however would it be enough to make it just 1 single line long?

The dummy fort.10 will be removed when PR #878 is merged, and this issue can be closed when this is done.
