Hello here are some smlall changes that rename the translation function and also add a http://EditorConfig.org settings file

Hello, I'm glad I found your repo... wanted to start from the 'original' trunk on https://code.launchpad.net/terra but I would have had a lot of work to bring it to the status of your repo.
