[dataPlot]Add `offset` paramter the same as `compPlot` #50

Thinking about this one. Found that there is no point to add dataPlot an offset parameter.

If want to add additional offset line along with actual, compPlot function can be used as an prediction.

Actually, this makes offset parameter in compPlot useless, because offset can be a column in pred.
