ROM browser doesn't allow browsing above cwd #34

The ROM browser won't allow you to navigate on directories above the directory 
on which the emulator is installed. This is a huge problem in OpenDingux, as 
the emulator is packaged inside an OPK, which is read-only.

This is due to a combination of config and default values. For platforms with 
get current directory (like OD) we can improve the rom directory default :-)

A fix/patch to follow.

03a69fd works under Linux x86, it should work under OD too but not tested on 
that platform.
