Client key bindings for VLC #130

What is your environment?
* OS: Ubuntu 10.10
* Remuco version: 0.9.2.1 (official one from Ubuntu Synaptic repositories)
* Client device: no-bluetooth for HTC TyTN II
* Player: vlc 1.1.4

What's the matter?

How can I modify VLC commands on my client? E.g., if I want to have a command
for "forward" available?

Thanks,
Francesco

I haven't looked into this, but have you checked the Key Bindings menu on your
cellphone?

Yes, I already checked key bindings: there are not all the feature I desire
(especially "rewind" and "forward" buttond - i.e., combination of "Shift" and
"right", etc. on VLC).
How can I add such features on the client key bindings?

Thanks,
Francesco

What does shift + right do in VLC? Skipping forward a minute or so? You should
be able to simulate this with the regular 'skip to the next song'-button: hold
it for a longer time to seek.
