[Request] Turn bluetooth on automatically before trying to connect #190

I'm using Remuco with my SE k600i and Gmusicbrowser and it's working just 
perfectly. The only little thing missing to total perfection is: The connection 
to the PC fails if the phone's bluetooth hasn't been activated yet in the 
phone's settings. It would be really nice, if Remuco could turn bluetooth on, 
before trying to connect.

But this is clearly an issue for the "world domination" milestone. :)
