What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launche a GBA game

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
2.2.0 on Wii ^^

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Yes

Please provide any additional information below.
I use an USB external disc.

It means this isn't easy to fix, so I won't do it. Your only hope is that 
someone else out there will, and then I'd accept that fix. But don't hold your 
breath!
