Portuguese from Portugal Language #296

I have translated vbagx to Portuguese from Portugal, it would be nice that you 
added it because you already have Portuguese from Brazil.

I attached the file, hope you enjoy.

Correct file attached (sorry the last file attaches by me was an older version).
For Visual Boy Advance GX, FCE Ultra GX and Snes9x GX.

The last file that i attached was to correct some words that (somehow) stay 
with errors.
Sorry for that last days of confusion with the Portuguese translation.

The last file is also for Visual Boy Advance GX, FCE Ultra GX and Snes9x GX 
(possible last translation file version if you don't add new string to the 
emulators).

Once again sorry, hope you can update it.
