In some places the English ToC still has ampersands in the strand names (e.g. http://thunder.beresponsive.net/Grade4/03-energy-and-change/chapter1.html#). These need to be replaced with "and".
Also, in some places there's a typo "Matters and Material" (extra "s"). This should be "Matter and Materials" ("s" moved to 2nd word)
