Add gps coordinates input box #17

Adds an input box that accepts a GPS coordinates pair in the shape of "XXX,YYY" where X and Y must be numbers.

After clicking the target button, teleports you to the location directly
Since location can be outside of the viewport, map will move upon teleporting (in all cases!)
