create cartoon illustrations for empty lists #226

To make thinks look a little lighter: instead of the textual feedback on empty lists it might be nice to have a cartoony illustration to go with it.

And maybe the [clear] button in settings should actually clear everything so all the lists are initially empty (the Spongebob data is only funny once).

And while I'm at it might as well make an illustration for 404
