Bump libwally-core to 0.7.8 #33

Nothing groundbreaking afaik, but it's good to keep up with upstream.

0.7.9 was released a few days ago, so I suggest updating to that instead.

Just fyi, I have tried libwally-core 0.7.9 with Libwally-Swift and it seems there are quite a few breaking changes.

@Fonta1n3 indeed, #45 goes straight to 0.8.0 and was non trivial. Leaving this PR open just in case the newer one doesn't make it.
