Empty sign screen #50

As reported by a beta tester.

It's unclear what could cause this....

Possible explanations:

  1. The destination address is marked as change. We hide the change address, but perhaps the user is trying to send coins to their own wallet.

Looking at the code I can't find another explanation than (1), which is now fixed.
