Add .ipa file as asset in github releases: https://github.com/Sjors/nthkey-ios/releases

This is also helpful for Deterministic builds see issue #1 & issue https://gitlab.com/walletscrutiny/walletScrutinyCom/-/issues/149#note_575925220
