Make anti-karma actually work #2

I swear it worked when I tested it.

Please don't merge this yet; I have to do some more testing to ensure it works. Just putting this in so that you can take a look at the code.

Seems to work fine. There's a bug where it says gg after the first message if you have something other than gg selected, but I'm pretty sure that bug was already there (if it wasn't though, please tell me).

I would say, don't put up a new release until I put in the Regex features. But once I do, you should probably remove the old anti-karma release, considering it doesn't actually work.

the latest version will always take priority over the old version, making the old version not show up on the website anymore. also, in my testing, the karma detection also worked just fine, so i'm not sure if it just had a few issues with detection or so.

i'll merge this, but it wont be released until we're able to fix the double gg issue, or second messages never sending
