Players can spawn into the same unit #136

Describe the bug

We were three player on a DS with logged in admin.
We tried Defend and KOTH.
In both we had one and then two players selectPlayer the same unit and thus were locked into camera unable to move.
Only going back to lobby and selecting another slot helped.

Additional context Forced respawn didnt help - just broke the camera.
