Kholo and Arcadia sqm files made with the mapLoader scripts #84

Before I requested Arcadia, and I assumed it was part of the base Operation Trebuchet Mod, but I believe it is actually from the "First Contact" addon, but I went ahead and used the mapLoader scripts to generate the template for these two map hoping it helps some. I didn't go back and manually adjust the points at all though, I'm not sure if that would be an issue.

there are a couple other maps in the First Contact pack, but they don't have any settlement names so I wasn't sure if they'd work I hope this helps

Edit: put the wrong version of the files, fixed now
