Add new commands/functions and proper sqf syntax highlighting support

reworked the way commands/functions info is parsed from the wiki (all the pages on wiki are now normalized so we can just use single parser method)
add more info into the parsed data, not currently used for anything but could be useful in future
add syntax highlighting config, it's just slightly modified and updated version of grammar in https://github.com/Armitxes/VSCode_SQF/

FIY there's https://github.com/acemod/arma3-wiki repo with parsed wiki commands, it's used for example by https://github.com/BrettMayson/HEMTT for SQF parsing.
